I work as a pizza chef and people always ask me I am always eating the pizza and if it’s my favorite or the best pizza that I have ever had. It might be the best pizza in ct but I am not sure it’s the best in the world. I am not sure as I have never traveled out of the USA. I can say what makes our pizza so great is the fact that the crust is nice and thin and the sauce is “special”. We use natural products and the cheeses are more expensive than “delivery” pizza joints.

My love for pizza started at age nine when my Italian grandma (Nona) moved into the basement of our house. It seemed live every night she was cooking or teaching me something about food! I still remember tossing my first pizza dough and dropping it on the floor! At the time I cried and told Nona that I was sorry and would never do it again HA. She just picked up the dough, washed it off, and told me to do it again.

That was the first time, it feels like yesterday that’s for sure. It kind of reminds me of an episode of man v food that I just watch were Adam was talking about his childhood and all the jobs he held as a kid. He said that’s where his love for food came in. Held a job basically doing anything you could think of in the food industry.
