“Jack and the Beanstalk” is a Gary Tunnicliffe film that tells a legendary fairytale and brings the audience back into their younger days. He was on the verge of failing his schooling and was given a chance to get back on the course by making a good deed at a given time frame only. He decided to sell his Computer of Wonder (COW) and exchanged it for some magical beans and books wherein the latter is able to record all his adventures as they happen. Grayson was a goose that is able to transform whenever he get a piece of the magical beans. Though the story is a cliché of the original bed time story, the concept brings a new touch, adding the magic of new technology into the film. There are many downsides in the story and a couple of flaws here and there, including the overrated goose. It seems that this movie would be more appealing to the little ones, offering them a different version of their traditional bed time story. This movie still managed to capture the audience attention.
